Michelle has been a familiar face at Ocean Shores Animal Hospital since 2006. She grew up in South Bay, California and has had a passion for animal care her entire life. After having had experience working with animal rescues and pet stores, Michelle jumped at the chance to continue working with animals after moving to Ocean Shores. 10 years later, she is still helping animals have a healthier life as Lead Veterinary Assistant at Ocean Shores Animal Hospital! Some of her favorite things about the veterinary field are blood-draws, x-rays, and helping in surgeries. She is also passionate about controlling the homeless pet population, and has traveled the world volunteering on World Vets spay and neuter projects.
Michelle has several rescue pets of her own. Jager and Jorge McOrange are her two cats, and Buddy is a pit bull rescue who thinks he is a cat. In her free-time, Michelle enjoys going to the beach and camping.
